Food & Beverage: Due to the perishable nature of our products, food, drinks, gelato, and pastries cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Merchandise: Unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, subject to inspection.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
